One modern TD takedown recurve of unknown brand. RH, 40#, 60". The string is by Martin Archery. Probably Korean-made. They were bad 25 years ago, but have gotten to be very good bowmakers. Most of their stuff lacks the warmth of North American bowyers, but they shoot fine. Black glass limbs with a faint scratch on the upper limb. Laminated impregnated dyed hardwood riser. Small sight window. The string loops are a little small, so it's a little work stringing it, and eventually a new string will be needed. Never used. Strung up once for this photo. A good weight for starting traditional archery, or for lady hunters or big teens, or for shoulder rehab. An easy length to shoot. A traditional archer on Pricetronic says it is a Black Hunter, from China. Save me as a
Seller on Pricetronic to see a lifetime of traditional archery gear come back out on
the market as I clean out my basement and storage locker. Having sold 200+
bows this past year, I'm only 1/2 done. Now some are coming to me from
friends and estate sales. Some are
also sold on FB via the group 'Everything Traditional' under El Bosco. Find me there for other good stuff or for
offers. I apologize for
the shipping prices. USPS just added a
length surcharge and UPS followed.
