Measure the bow string you have and round up to the nearest full inch. These strings will stretch a small amount as they are broken or shot in. If you do not know the length of your bow string a good rule of thumb is that longbow will take a string 3" shorter than they are marked and a recurve takes a 3"-4" shorter bow string. For example, if your bow is a recurve type and is marked AMO 60", a 56" bow string should fit. HOW TO MEASURE Measure the bow string that you currently have and round up to the nearest full inch.  FASTFLIGHT strings will stretch a VERY SMALL AMOUNT as they are broken in. If you DO NOT know the length of your bow string a good rule of thumb is that a longbow will take a string 3" shorter than they are marked and a recurve bow generally takes a 3"- 4" shorter bow string. So, if your bow is a recurve and has marking such as  AMO 60" or 60" AMO , a 56"-57"" bow string should be the proper length.
